Hey Chiefs fans!  Looking for the latest in Chiefs gear that you can wear and display to show your support?  You've come to the right place.


To place an order,

1. Print out the CUYHA Apparel Order Form (see "Attachments" below) and fill out your order.

2. Total up the amount and write a check to "CUYHA" for the appropriate amount.

3. Place order form and check in an envelope and give it to Joe Murphy before, during or after Squirt AA practices. Other Board Members/Coaches may be able to take your envelope and get it to Joe, as well.

4. Let Joe know if other arrangements need to be made.
