Frequently Asked Questions

No. Learn-To-Play and Little Blackhawks are designed to take a player from zero experience to entry level hockey skills.

What is the difference between House and Learn-To-Skate?

House is for 6-12 year old children who have the ability to control movement and can move autonomously on the ice. It is recommended that players complete 2 sessions of Learn-To-Play or Little Blackhawks before moving on to the House Program.

Yes, As long as the helmet has a valid sticker and the equipment is in good working order. All equipment should fit properly.

Why are their two different programs?

Having two programs allows us to make hockey accessible to as many families as possible by giving families multiple options for acquiring gear.
