Champaign-Urbana Youth Hockey Association
Home of the Chiefs
Hello Hockey Players, Parents, and Fans,
Thank you for visiting the homepage of the Champaign-Urbana Chiefs. We offer hockey opportunities to players ages 5-18, with an emphasis on developing our members not only as hockey players, but as young men and women as well. Hockey is a sport that can provide life lessons and lifelong friends, and first and foremost should be enjoyable.
It doesn't matter if a player is participating in Minor Hawks, our House League, or one of our NIHL or CIHL travel teams, the goal for each player and each team as whole is the same: to get better and have fun. As Coaching Director, not only do I enter every season with these goals in mind, but every practice as well.
I hope you enjoy your visit to our website, and I'll see you at the rink!

All Member Board Meeting
The CUYHA Board of Directors has opted to postpone the all member board meeting scheduled for May 13th. A regular board meeting will be held in its place. Our nominating committee is still in the process of finalizing the proposed Board or Directors for the upcoming terms. We apologize for the short notice and will update everyone once we have identified a new date and time.
CUYHA is still accepting coaching applications for the 2019-2020 season. If you, or someone you know, are interested in joining the coaching staff, please fill out the application and return to Nick Fabbrini. If you have any questions please email email@example.com.
Board of Directors
Help pave the way for the future of central Illinois hockey by becoming part of the Board of Directors for Champaign-Urbana Youth Hockey. If you are interested in volunteering your time and talents to help maintain and grow the organization, email John Clausen. Prospective volunteers are presented to the membership for approval in May. If approved, the new Board Members will begin their respective roles in June.
