1) The ice scheduler, Rob, continues to add practices to our schedule. Please keep an eye out as those are added.
2) Our seeding game schedule has been uploaded to Crossbar. We will have 1 overnight (if you choose). More games may be added as we go but they will be friendly games, not related to league play.
3) Coach requires players to arrive 1 hour prior to game time. Team warm ups will begin 45 minutes prior to game time, generally outside. Players should have warm ups and GYM SHOES. Please no crocs or sandals.
4) Parents are not allowed in the locker room.
5) I'll remind you of this later because someone will have to remind me :-) Coaches coach from the bench. They use words and numbers that the players know and understand to communicate quickly and clearly. It's hard but please do not coach from the stands. What we parent coaches believe a player should be doing is not always correct. Players need to learn to get praise and encouragement from parents and direction from the coaches.
6) While we do not have any home games right now, I will try to find friendly games early and throughout the season so that we have the opportunity to play in front of friends and family.
